Kim Kardashian has a new crime to deal with -- this time it's her family's DASH store that was hit, and it went down shortly after the Paris suspects got busted.

Law enforcement sources tell us a woman strolled into the Melrose Ave boutique Monday, grabbed a bunch of clothing and perfume and fled in a silver sedan. We're told the woman made off with around $1,600 in DASH gear ... and so far, cops haven't been able to locate her.

Odd coincidence -- since Paris cops announced Monday they'd arrested 17 people in connection with Kim's robbery in October.

Fetty Wap is serious about getting a sex tape off the Internet ... purportedly featuring him and Alexis Skyy -- and he's targeted the person he thinks leaked it ... Dear Alexis, STOP!

TMZ has obtained the cease and desist letters Fetty's legal hounds fired off to Alexis and a bunch of media outlets allegedly posting the video.

Fetty's lawyers threatened Alexis this way ... "[Y]ou must IMMEDIATELY STOP the distribution and/or attempted distribution of this alleged video to any and all media outlets."

BTW ... he vows to sue her if the video doesn't disappear.

We'll see if he ruffled enough feathers to keep it from spreading any further.

'Kanye was leaving 24 Hour Fitness in L.A. Tuesday when a photog asked about his New Year's resolution.

It's not so much what he says ... it's more his demeanor. The snapshots of him taken in the last week or so looking out of it appear to be just that ... snapshots, because it seems like Kanye's back.

Lil Wayne, Chris Brown and other big names were booked to perform at several concerts ... that is, if you believe the promoter, but a new lawsuit claims it was all a scam.

Roberto Warnert just filed suit against Red Entertainment Group for allegedly promising to get Weezy, Breezy, Enrique Iglesias and will.i.am to perform for several concerts in Dubai a few years ago, only to come up empty handed each time ... while collecting HUGE deposits along the way.

Warnert claims he paid Red Entertainment $150k to book Weezy at first in 2011, but then had to scrap that when Red allegedly said they couldn't get him. Warnert then says he paid out similar deposits for Chris, Enrique and Will ... but he says they couldn't deliver on any of 'em.

The deposits were allegedly never returned in full, and now Warnert is gunning for $300k he says he's owed.

We've reached out to Red Entertainment ... so far, no word back.

Queen Latifah joins the growing number of crime victims ... her car stolen by thieves who had a penchant for punch.

The incident went down days before Xmas in Atlanta. Latifah's security guard took her 2015 Mercedes S63 to a gas station. As he stood by the tank and gassed up the whip, a BMW pulled up and the next thing he knew someone jumped inside, started the ignition and took off.

Latifah, who was not in the car, was especially worried about a contract that was inside a Tumi bag that was tucked away in the truck.

Cops sent out an APB and they actually found the Mercedes in an apartment complex. There was only slight damage to the car, but the thieves left behind lemonade and fruit punch bottles inside the car.

As for the Tumi bag ... it had been ransacked but the bad guys didn't take the contract.

Cops are looking at surveillance video, which could help them nab the thieves.

Iconic actress Debbie Reynolds died Wednesday at the age of 84, one day after her daughter Carrie Fisher died after suffering heart failure, her son Todd Fisher confirmed.

"She's now with Carrie and we're all heartbroken," Fisher said from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where his mother was taken by ambulance earlier Wednesday.

He said the stress of his sister's death "was too much" for Reynolds.

The entertainment website TMZ, without naming any sources, said Reynolds may have suffered a possible stroke. It also said she had been at her son Todd’s Beverly Hills home discussing funeral plans for Carrie when a call was made to 911.

Reynolds enjoyed the very heights of show business success and endured the depths of personal tragedy and betrayal. She lost one husband to Elizabeth Taylor and two other husbands plundered her for millions. Fisher, who found lasting fame as Princess Leia in "Star Wars" and struggled for much of her life with drug addiction and mental health problems, died on Tuesday after falling ill on a plane and being hospitalized.

In her screen career, Reynolds was a superstar early in life. After two minor roles at Warner Bros. and three supporting roles at MGM, studio boss Louis B. Mayer cast her in "Singin' in the Rain," despite Kelly's objections. She was 19 with little dance experience, and she would be appearing with two of the screen's greatest dancers, Donald O'Connor and Kelly, who also co-directed.

"Gene Kelly was hard on me, but I think he had to be," Reynolds, who more than held her own in the movie, said in a 1999 Associated Press interview. "I had to learn everything in three to six months. Donald O'Connor had been dancing since he was three months old, Gene Kelly since he was 2 years old. ... I think Gene knew I had to be challenged."

"The Unsinkable Molly Brown" was based on the life of a Colorado woman who rose from poverty to riches and triumphed over tragedy, including the sinking of the Titanic.

The 1964 Meredith Willson musical, with Molly's defiant song "I Ain't Down Yet," brought Reynolds her only Academy Award nomination. She also received a Tony nomination in 1973 when she starred on Broadway in the revival of "Irene," in which her daughter also appeared.

After her transition from starlet to star, Reynolds became immensely popular with teenage girls and even more so when in 1955 she married Eddie Fisher, the pop singer whose fans were equally devoted.

The couple made a movie together, "Bundle of Joy," which seemed to mirror the 1956 birth of Carrie. The Fishers also had a son, Todd, named for Eddie's close friend and Taylor's husband, showman Mike Todd.

During this period, Reynolds had a No. 1 hit on the pop charts in 1957 with "Tammy," the Oscar-nominated song from her film "Tammy and the Bachelor." But the Cinderella story ended after Mike Todd died in a 1958 airplane crash. Fisher consoled the widow and soon announced he was leaving his wife and two children to marry Taylor.

The celebrity world seemed to lose its mind. Taylor was assailed as a husband stealer, Fisher as a deserter of his family. Reynolds won sympathy as the innocent victim, a role emphasized when she appeared before news cameras with diaper pins on her blouse. A cover headline in Photoplay magazine in late 1958 blared: "Smiling through her tears, Debbie says: I'm still very much in love with Eddie."

Fisher's singing career never recovered, but Taylor, who left him for Richard Burton in 1962, remained a top star. And Reynolds' film career flourished. She starred with Glenn Ford in "The Gazebo," Tony Curtis in "The Rat Race," Fred Astaire in "The Pleasure of His Company," Andy Griffith in "The Second Time Around," with the all-star cast in "How the West Was Won" and Ricardo Montalban in "The Singing Nun."
She also provided the voice of Charlotte the spider in the 1973 animated "Charlotte's Web."
But over the years, her marital woes continued.
In 1960 Reynolds married shoe magnate Harry Karl. The marriage ended in disaster when she discovered that Karl, a compulsive gambler, had devastated her assets and left her deeply in debt. She divorced him in 1973 and toured tirelessly with her song and dance show to pay off creditors.

Reynolds' third marriage, to Virginia businessman Richard Hamlett in 1984, proved equally disastrous. In 1992, against friends' advice, she paid $10 million to buy and convert the faded Paddlewheel Hotel in Las Vegas into the Debbie Reynolds Hotel and Casino. She performed nightly and conducted tours of her movie memorabilia, which she had collected since MGM auctioned its artifacts in 1970.

Reynolds, who ended up filing for bankruptcy in 1997 and selling the property at auction the next year, accused Hamlett of making off with her money. She once again went on the road. "All of my husbands have robbed me blind," she asserted in 1999. "The only one who didn't take money was Eddie Fisher. He just didn't pay for the children." In her later years, Reynolds continued performing her show, traveling 40 weeks a year. She also appeare

T.I.'s wife, Tiny, wants out -- she filed for divorce.

Tiny filed legal docs earlier this month in Georgia's Henry County. They got married back in 2010 and have 3 kids together -- 2 sons and 1 daughter.

We're told the rapper and Tiny had been going through a rough patch that started several months before an awkward photo surfaced showing Tiny pictured with the rapper's nemesis, Floyd Mayweather, and Mariah Carey at her Halloween party.

At the time, Tiny chalked to pressure into taking the photo next to the guy T.I.'s had beef with in the past. You'll recall the rapper and Floyd were involved in a crazy brawl on the Vegas strip back in 2014.

The divorce was first posted on TheDirty.com.

Are Drake and Jennifer Lopez dating? More importantly, if they are, what cutesy nickname will we bestow upon them? Drennifer? OVOLo?

The Canadian rap superstar, 30, and U.S. actress-singer, 47, have sparked rumours they are dating after both posted, to Instagram, the same photo of them cuddling.

In it, Drake has his arms wrapped tightly around Lopez, who is closing her eyes and smiling.

With a combined 86.4 million Instagram followers, reaction was swift, with the photos gathering hundreds of thousands of likes and comments with speculation that the couple had “come out” as a couple. It's not the first time Drake has posted an Instagram photo of the pair:
Lopez recently split from dancer Casper Smart, while Drake has been romantically linked to singer Rihanna. No comment yet from badgalriri on Instagram.

Justin doesn't want the media getting its mitts on his upcoming deposition video, so he wants its release blocked ... because if it's good enough for Trump ...

57 doesn't want the media getting its mitts on his upcoming deposition video, so he wants its release blocked ... because if it's good enough for Trump ...

The case was filed by ex-neighbor, who claims Justin terrorized him in 2014 in his Calabasas neighborhood ... egging his house and even spitting on him.

The neighbor is so pissed off lawyers believe the depo will become a spectacle and it's unfair to put it out in the world. Besides, Justin says the lawsuit for emotional distress is BS, and he's already paid the guy $90k for the egging damage.

Justin's lawyer actually cited Trump's order of protection in the Trump U lawsuit, saying sometimes privacy in lawsuits is a good thing.

Rapper Troy Ave was shot twice Sunday while sitting in his red Maserati in Brooklyn, sources said.

The shooting unfolded in Canarsie at East 91st Street and Linden Blvd at around 4:20 p.m, according to police.

The hometown hip-hop star was grazed in the head and struck once in the arm as he sat in the six-figure sports car with his girlfriend, sources said.

His shooter walked up and opened fire without warning — blasting out the driver-side window, cops said.

Ave, 34, cruised for a couple blocks before driving off the road and leaving behind the convertible Maserati, which was still facing the wrong way in the westbound lane of Linden Blvd as of 8 p.m.

A good Samaritan took him to Brookdale Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, sources said.
The Kardashians have scaled a lot of things back this year -- and one especially long-standing, tradition got the ax -- the Kardashian Xmas card.

Sources close to the family say with everything that's gone on this year -- Kim's robbery, Khloe's finalized divorce, Kanye's breakdown, the issues with Rob and Chyna -- the holiday photo just wasn't in the cards.

We're told even without the drama, everyone's schedule has been crazy this holiday season, and finding time to get the entire family together would have proved to be next to impossible.

We asked Khloe about the card situation at LAX ... but she didn't want to talk about it.

Carrie Fisher suffered a massive heart attack Friday on an airplane ... Continet-alnews has learned. Our sources say Carrie was on a United flight from London to LAX when she went into cardiac arrest. People on board were administering CPR. United Airlines says its crew reported Carrie as "unresponsive" when they landed.

We're told the emergency occurred 15 minutes before the plane landed in L.A. A flight attendant asked if there were any medical personnel on board and an EMT who was sitting in the back of the plane came up to first class and administered life-saving measures. Witnesses at LAX tell us Carrie's eyes were closed and she appeared unconscious as EMTs rushed her through the terminal. She had an oxygen mask on her face.
The plane landed just after noon in L.A. and paramedics rushed her to a nearby hospital.
Fisher, who became famous, of course, as Princess Leia from 'Star Wars,' has been on a book tour.

Taylor Swift says her life will be in danger unless the court steps in and breaks out some Wite-Out.
Taylor just filed docs asking the court to redact portions of a transcript from a July hearing in her sexual assault case against David Mueller. At the hearing, Taylor's lawyers specifically talked about her security detail and specific threats made against her in the past.
Taylor says the transcript contains sensitive and personal information that, if released to the public, could jeopardize her safety.
Her team lays out a scary scenario, "The same people who have threatened Ms. Swift in the past, as well as copy cats, may be emboldened by public attention" they'd get if the whole transcript comes out.
The judge has yet to rule on Taylor's request.

Lil Wayne's infamously NOT released "Tha Carter V" has finally been released -- at least partially -- by who else, but Martin Shkreli ... and we've learned Wayne's pissed.
Shkreli pulled a sort of hip hop Robin Hood move, he claims, by posting this video of himself hyping up, and then playing a track he says is from Wayne's legendary album. He boasts that the song is about him.
Of course, Weezy fans have been dying to hear anything from the album since October 2014, when it was originally supposed to be released. Wayne and Birdman have been in a standoff and legal war over the record ever since then.
A source close to Wayne says this is the real McCoy. We suspect Shkreli's about to have even more legal trouble -- in the form of a lawsuit from Cash Money or Universal Music Group.
A source close to Wayne tells TMZ ... his camp is doing an internal investigation to find out if someone passed the song to Shkreli. As we've reported, Birdman says he doesn't have a copy of "Tha Carter V" ... and insists it's been in Weezy's hands all along.
Shkreli's already facing federal indictment for conspiracy to commit securities fraud.
President-elect who claims to be doing wonders for American jobs, Donald Trump is struggling to find singers over the age of 16 willing to perform at his inauguration. With Americans unwilling to do the dirty work, Trump is trying to outsource the job of inauguration performer to foreign nationals, but to no avail. The Wrap reports that Canadian queen Celine Dion has turned down an offer to perform at what is supposed to be a celebration, and her heart will go on. Us Weekly adds that Italy’s Andrea Bocelli met with Trump and agreed to perform, but bowed out after his fans were like, “Really?” Last month, after a very nonsensical rumor that England’s Elton John would perform for the festivities that also celebrate professional homophobe Mike Pence, his spokesperson released a statement. “Incorrect. He will NOT be performing,” the publicist wrote, using CAPS LOCK to emphasize the “HELL NO!” Apprentice producer Mark Burnett is overseeing the entertainment aspects of the inauguration festivities, and brought on talent recruiter Suzanne Bender as a Hail Mary to try and get stars on board. But Hollywood is effectively freezing Trump out, not wanting to be associated with his racism, sexism, and general sleeziness. The only confirmed performer so far is 16-year-old Jackie Evancho, who much like the President-elect, comes from the world of reality TV having competed on America’s Got Talent. If you’re looking for entertainment at the Trump inaugeration January 20th, you can always rewatch Beyoncé, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, and everyone else you like at President Obama’s two inaugurations.
Alan Thicke died of a "ruptured aorta" -- essentially a heart attack -- according to his death certificate. According to the official doc ... doctors desperately tried to save Alan's life by performing a median sternotomy -- it's a surgical procedure where doctors literally crack open the sternum to open up the area around the heart and lungs so they can operate. Alan was stricken with the heart attack at around 11:15 AM last week. He died 3 hours later in surgery at Providence St. Joseph's Medical Center in Burbank. Time of death was listed at 2:14 PM. TMZ broke the story ... Alan died of a heart attack last week while he was playing hockey with his 19-year-old son, Carter. He was transported to Providence St. Joseph's Medical Center and died there. Source : tmz
Justin Bieber was just indicted for allegedly ordering a beatdown on a photog in Argentina and then stealing his money and gear. A judge in Buenos Aires just dropped the hammer against the pop star for the 2013 incident. Bieber has maintained all along this case is a bunch of nothing and the judge is a lone wolf who has been out to get him. Until the case is resolved, Bieber cannot return to Argentina, because he'll be arrested. Our sources say Bieber has a plan. His lawyers will appeal the indictment, hoping that the appeals court judges will see the indictment for what it is -- a publicity grab by the judge -- and throw the case out. The problem for Bieber ... he's about to start his South American tour and Argentina is by far the biggest market and his biggest fan base on the continent. As one Bieber source put it, "The judge is screwing his own country because Justin could infuse a huge amount of money into the economy."
Remember those song lyrics about Kanye West’s “dirty motherfucker” of a cousin who stole his laptop? They just might be true after all. On Kanye’s song “No More Parties in LA” off of his seventh studio album “The Life of Pablo,” West raps, And as far as real friends, tell all my cousins I love ’em, Even the one that stole the laptop, you dirty motherfucker” Yeezy didn’t stop there either. Kanye mentioned his cousin again on a song titled “Real Friends.” He raps, I had a cousin that stole my laptop that I was fuckin’ bitches on, Paid that nigga 250-thousand just to get it from him”… It turns out Kanye was most likely telling the truth about his stolen laptop and his kleptomaniac of a “dirty” cousin. According to DailyMail.com, Kanye West’s cousin Lawrence Franklin has come forward to address the stolen laptop during a recent interview. Franklin told reporters, “I was at my aunt’s house when the family member who had the laptop called me, a friend of his, and my uncle to the kitchen where he opened the laptop to show a video of Kanye in clear view having sex with a fair-skinned black woman.” Franklin then goes on to state he didn’t necessarily steal the laptop back in 2012. He says Kanye actually gave it away as a generous gift to a family member. At one point, another relative got their hands on the device and found a sex tape featuring Kanye on it. Keep in mind, 2012 was the same year Kanye began seriously dating his now-wife Kim Kardashian. Kanye’s cousin Lawrence Franklin goes on to say the other family member who had gotten their hands on the sex tape received $250,000 from Kanye after threatening to release it to the public. Um, that’s extortion. The family member got this money and started to buy himself a lifestyle he dreamed about. Franklin continued his tell-all interview on the matter by saying the infamous sex tape incident Kanye has mentioned numerous times in his recent songs is what caused Kanye to stop “trusting people.” He added, The sex tape episode started his decline — he stopped trusting people. At the end of the day, if a member of your family had taken you for a quarter of a million dollars — so they can complete their own ambitions — who can you trust within your circle? So, it sounds like Lawrence Franklin wasn’t exactly the “dirty motherfucker” of a cousin Kanye West was referring to — that’d be another one of Kanye’s cousins. My head hurts. The lesson learned here is actually quite simple: Don’t give away used laptops to your family members — especially if you’re a world-famous superstar worth millions of dollars… Just get them a gift card to the Apple store!
The second leg of Kanye West's Saint Pablo Tour has not just been put on hold ... it's been outright cancelled ... TMZ has learned. As we reported, Kanye's psych hospitalization put the 2017 portion of the tour on ice, with no restart date set. At the time Kanye was at UCLA Medical Center, sources connected with the rapper insisted the tour would go on, even though belatedly. Now we've learned Kanye's people contacted concert promoter Live Nation and informed them the second leg -- which for the most part was European -- was officially cancelled. Among the planned stops -- Paris, U.K. and Germany. We're told cancelling did not pose real problems, because no dates were set and no tickets were sold. TMZ broke the story ... Kanye has an insurance policy that reimburses him for any lost profits or expenses associated with cancellations that result from a medical condition.
