Footage shows moment plane crashed, killing five

A cargo plane has crashed shortly after take-off from the southern Colombian city of Puerto Carreno, killing five and injuring one crew member. The local Civil Aviation authority said in a statement that the crash occurred at 5:23pm local time on Tuesday, about three minutes after take-off. Five of the six crew members of the plane were reportedly killed. Eyewitness video appears to indicate the aircraft overshot the runway on takeoff. The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
